WORK EXPERIENCE

Customer Service Rep, The Marek Group                 June 2005 – November 2009

  • Coordinated with production personnel to get over 20 jobs for multiple customers at a time through the facility as quickly and efficiently as possible, ordering all necessary materials
  • Assisted Sales Representatives with over $2,000,000 in sales per year
  • Handled multiple online ordering accounts (through the four51 online system), from customer service helping customers place the orders, to producing the orders within the agreed upon amount of time
  • Learned and became efficient in Hagen Software for order entry and estimating

Management Associate, Wetzel Brothers                  June 2004 –April 2005

  • Handled $3,000,000 of orders as a customer service representative. Responsible for job quoting, order entry, and oversight of each job through completion. This position required strong organizational and interpersonal skills to provide customer satisfaction
  • Gained a strong understanding of the production process through a two month departmental training
    • Initiated and managed special projects

Customer Service Co-op, The Printery                       June 2003 –January 2004

  • Selected through a competitive interview process, I worked full time including the fall semester of 2003
  • Received on the job training and experience as a customer service representative, responsible for live jobs. Received a grade of A from UW-Stout based upon my supervisor’s evaluation.

Resident Advisor & Front Desk, UW-Stout October 2000 –May 2004

  • Planned and implemented programs for the floor and building
  • Handled confrontations of residents effectively
  • Documented equipment check-out
