- Coordinated with production personnel to get over 20 jobs for multiple customers at a time through the facility as quickly and efficiently as possible, ordering all necessary materials
- Assisted Sales Representatives with over $2,000,000 in sales per year
- Handled multiple online ordering accounts (through the four51 online system), from customer service helping customers place the orders, to producing the orders within the agreed upon amount of time
- Learned and became efficient in Hagen Software for order entry and estimating
Management Associate, Wetzel Brothers June 2004 –April 2005
- Handled $3,000,000 of orders as a customer service representative. Responsible for job quoting, order entry, and oversight of each job through completion. This position required strong organizational and interpersonal skills to provide customer satisfaction
- Gained a strong understanding of the production process through a two month departmental training
- Initiated and managed special projects

- Selected through a competitive interview process, I worked full time including the fall semester of 2003
- Received on the job training and experience as a customer service representative, responsible for live jobs. Received a grade of A from UW-Stout based upon my supervisor’s evaluation.

- Planned and implemented programs for the floor and building
